Saddle Stitching Services

We offer saddle stitching services. A saddle stitched book is created by folding sheets that are gathered together and stapling through the fold line. The staples go through the outside of the book and are closed on the inside of the book.

It’s important to note that saddle stitching books requires folding of pages, which means that a minimum number of pages may be required. The cover becomes part of the book as well during this process.

Saddle stitched books cannot have printing on the spine. They can however be oriented in portrait, landscape, or custom size or shape books.

 This type of binding is typically best for lower page counts.

Saddle stitching is an affordable way to create pamphlets, books, and other marketing materials and is typically less expensive than coil binding, perfect binding, and case binding.
