Collating Services

We offer collating services.

Collating refers to the gathering and arranging of individual sheets or other components into a pre-determined sequence.

For example, if you have printed 1000 copies of 10 pages, but not in final needed sequence: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. You’ll need to take sheets from each of the 10 piles and arrange them into the desired sequence.

 Examples of collating can be for: Promotional packets, sales presentations, seminar, tradeshow, or other marketing purposes. These are usually collated ahead of time for easy distribution. They may or may not be bound together depending on the project.

 Depending on the application, things may be collated automatically, or by hand, or a mix of the two. For example if you wanted to put the following marketing together into a folder….

 Business Card
Saddle Stitched Catalog
Folded Brochure
Tradeshow Flyer

 We’d be able to put these together for you with ease!
