Are there minimums?
We have no minimums. Whether it’s 5 or 500 you need, we’ll gladly help out.

Should I provide extras of my job?
Yes, most of the time we would like to have some extras. We may need to run a few test samples, or sometimes a few might get damaged. We can give you more information on how many extras we will need depending on the complexity of your job.

What is the normal turnaround time?
It all depends on the project. We offer emergency and “after-hours” 24/7/365 availability for our clients when required.

Is there a charge for pickup and delivery?
Not within the Phoenix Metro area. We do many runs to the Flagstaff, Tucson, Yuma, Kingman/Bullhead, and other areas within Arizona as well. Costs for areas outside Phoenix Metro are dependent on the job. Contact us for an exact quote.

What are your payment terms?
Our company does not offer terms. We only accept credit or debit card payments. All payments must be made in full prior to your job leaving our facility.

Where can I pick up or drop off my order?
Due to some of our NDA and Private Labeling agreements, our company does not have a location open to the public. All jobs must be arranged through our office for pickup and delivery. We do not have public walk-in locations.

You do pretty much everything. Will you steal my clients?
No, absolutely not. Our company desires to work only with people in the trade, and not the direct end user/consumer/business. We offer non disclosure agreements and non compete agreements.
